You agree that I, Shawn Pilgrim, shall not be held liable or accountable for any consequences, losses, or actions resulting from or related to our engagements. You explicitly waive any right to bring legal action or claims against me.

5. The Process: You initiate the mapping by sending your inquiry to contact@shawnpilgrim.net along with your gift-based contribution. Upon receipt of both, I will reply via email with your mapping.

No recording, distribution, or external sharing of our work is permitted. No Artificiality Intelligence or Personal Assistant used to respond.

7. No Institutional Affiliation: You are seeking engagement outside of standard commercial, professional, or institutional frameworks. You enter this space understanding that it is governed solely by these terms.
